Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to support our Australian mortgage operations. The role involves conducting financial assessments, analysing client documents, and recommending suitable lending strategies. You will work closely with brokers and clients to deliver high-quality, compliant mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse financial documents (payslips, tax returns, bank statements).
  • Assess borrowing capacity using lender calculators and tools.
  • Recommend suitable loan structures aligned with client goals.
  • Liaise with brokers and clients to clarify requirements and provide credit advice.
  • Order and assess valuations, ensuring compliance with lender and NCCP policies.
  • Support post-settlement reviews and identify refinance or cross-sell opportunities.
