Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Credibility Interview Preparation Instructor with expertise in preparing candidates, particularly international students or visa applicants for credibility interviews. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visa processes, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach individuals from diverse backgrounds in a supportive and constructive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one and group interview preparation sessions focused on credibility interviews for student visa applications.
Educate candidates about the structure, expectations, and typical questions of credibility interviews.
Evaluate each student’s readiness and tailor coaching to their strengths, weaknesses, and specific visa application goals.
Simulate real-time mock interviews, provide detailed feedback, and work on improving candidates’ clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Provide guidance on articulating educational goals, career plans, and knowledge about chosen institutions and programs.
Stay up to date with immigration policies, trends in visa interview processes, and institutional requirements.
Maintain documentation of each student’s progress and offer actionable feedback.
Collaborate with other instructors and team members to improve content, curriculum, and student experience.
Assist in developing training materials, FAQs, and resources for students.
