Roles and responsibilities of this job

BrandAd, a leading creative and digital marketing agency, is seeking a Creative Producer who can take ownership of end-to-end branded photoshoots, video productions, and content projects.

You will be the backbone of production: planning shoots, coordinating teams, ensuring creative vision, and guiding post-production until the final output meets BrandAd’s standards.

If you love being on set, brainstorming visual ideas, directing creators, and turning concepts into powerful visual stories, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Photography Production

Conduct recce, research, and concept understanding for each project.
Prepare detailed photoshoot decks, shot lists, and creative references.
Develop shoot plans, logistics, and production timelines.
Coordinate photographers, models/talents, and internal resources.

Video & Commercial Production

Lead Reece, research, and reference scouting for video shoots.
Work with the creative team to finalise scripts, storylines, and mood boards.
Prepare video-shoot decks, production breakdowns, and schedules.
Mobilize videographers, lighting crew, art direction, and talents.

Production Management

Take responsibility for full production flow: pre-production → production → post-production.
Ensure that all projects stay on brand, on brief, and on time.
Coordinate and mobilize the production crew, talents, and internal teams.

Post-Production Supervision

Work closely with the design and editing team to guide the final output.
Provide clear direction, visual vision, and quality feedback.
Ensure the final deliverables meet BrandAd’s creative standards.

A visual thinker with strong production and creative management instincts.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Good with people. Calm, communicative, and collaborative on and off set.
Passionate about photography, videography, storytelling, and commercial content.
Someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Film Studies, Management, or related field (ongoing degree is also eligible).
2–4 years of experience in production management, videography coordination, creative direction, or agency-based content production.
Strong understanding of shoot workflows, creative planning, and post-production processes.
Experience working with creative teams, photographers, videographers, and editors.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media content formats is a plus.
