Global Select is looking for a visionary and experienced Creative Head to lead our creative team and oversee the development and execution of all brand and design-related initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of brand development, and the ability to ensure that all creative outputs align with our brand identity across various platforms and sub-brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the creative/design team to deliver high-quality visual and brand communication.
- Own and evolve the overall visual identity of Global Select and its sub-brands, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain brand guidelines and ensure all internal and external creatives follow them.
- Oversee the conceptualization and execution of design projects, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, advertisements, presentations, website visuals, and campaign graphics.
- Create brand guidelines, design templates, and visual assets for new or existing brands under the Global Select umbrella.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and digital teams to deliver impactful campaigns and messaging.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of all design deliverables while managing workload and priorities.
- Take ownership of high-level presentations, internal brand decks, and pitch materials (PPTs).
- Conduct regular brand audits to ensure all platforms are visually aligned with the brand identity.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging branding practices to keep the creative output modern and effective.
Skills :
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior creative or design leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand work, campaigns, and leadership in design execution.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Keynote.
- Deep understanding of branding, design systems, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and product departments.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced service-based or education/migration business is a plus.
- Experience in Creating the Videos.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX design is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva for collaborative design.
- Experience creating branding for multiple verticals or sub-brands under a single company.
