Creative, Graphic and Branding Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking Creative, Graphic and Branding Executives to join our team and contribute to the development of strong, consistent, and impactful visual communication across all branding and marketing platforms. The role requires individuals who are highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of translating ideas into compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design & Content Development:

• Design visual content for digital and print (social media, brochures, banners, posters)
• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts
• Develop creative concepts aligned with marketing goals

2. Brand Identity Management:

• Maintain consistent brand guidelines (colors, fonts, tone, and style)
• Ensure all materials reflect the brand identity across platforms
• Support logo usage, templates, and visual standards

3. Social Media & Digital Creatives:

• Design posts, stories, and reel thumbnails for platforms like Instagram and Facebook
• Collaborate with the social media team on campaigns
• Adapt creatives for multiple formats and platforms

4. Marketing & Campaign Support:

• Develop creative materials for campaigns
• Design advertisements, promotional materials, and event creatives
• Support launches with impactful branding visuals

5. Print & Production Design:

• Design brochures, flyers, standees, billboards, and reports
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure quality output
• Ensure proper dimensions, formats, and print specifications

6. Photo & Video Editing:

• Edit images and basic videos for marketing use
• Create simple motion graphics or animations (as needed)
• Maintain visual consistency and quality

7. Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with marketing, content, and management teams
• Understand project requirements and deliver accordingly
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions

8. Trend Awareness & Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools
• Propose innovative ideas for branding and campaigns
• Continuously enhance creative output

9. File & Asset Management:

• Organize and manage design files and brand assets
• Maintain templates and design libraries
• Ensure proper version control and backups
