Managerial Roles:
The position bearer should lead project Management, foster teamwork, create idea for positioning the organization and clients, able to coach staff members, be proactive in problem solving, lead marketing research, actively involve in the business development and put efforts for the productivity of the organization.
Job Duties:
- Lead creative department by creating new and creative ideas to meet clients’ branding needs
- Create innovative branding ideas to meet branding of products and services of the client
- Translate ideas into concrete products for branding of clients’ services
- Prepare project skeleton and conduct initial briefing to the clients by attending meeting, regularly follow the development, project to the agreement
- Ensure timely production of the branding product, follow up with clients, and lead project till signing off
- Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements
- Ensure quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; recommending changes to art, copy writing, and production departments.
- Develops marketing strategies by examining client objectives; planning, scheduling, and completing design and production requirements for direct marketing, telemarketing, and advertising.
