Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute compelling visual concepts for various platforms, including web, social media, print, and more.
Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful designs.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Video Production and Video Editing skills
Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics skills
Graphics creation skills
Proficiency in video editing software
Knowledge of video production techniques and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere ) and other relevant design tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Must have management and leadership skills and review graphics from fellow juniors.
