Qualification & Experience:

• MBA from a leading International University 
• 15+ years post graduate international business experience at Multi- Nationals, 5+ years leading similar operations in Nepal 

Scope of Work:

• Develop, articulate and execute business and corporate level strategy
• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down company and that they are always followed
• Oversee corporate office and country operations 

Knowledge Transfer:
Leading, developing and improving the performance of the team.

Language:
Must be able to communicate in English and Knowledge of any other languages would be an added benefit.
