Experience : 

• 15+ years post graduate international business experience at Multi nationals, 5+ years leading similar operations in Nepal

Qualifications: 

• MBA from a leading International University 

Scopes of Work: 

• Develop, articulate and execute business and corporate level strategy
• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the Company and that they are always followed
• Oversee corporate office and country operations

Knowledge Transfer: 

• Leading, developing and improving the performance of the team 

Language:

• Must be able to communicate in English and knowledge of any other languages would be an added benefit

Workplace: Kathmandu and/or Bhairahawa 
Salary: Negotiable
