|The Country Coordinator ensures the coherence and development of the project. He/she is in constant contact with internal teams and external partners.
The country coordinator is responsible for:
As a Country Coordinator, you look over the projects taking place in your country and you work very closely with the Catalysts of your country, making sure that they are comfortable in their mission and that the strategy is clear for them. It is a very strategic position and an amazing opportunity to grow and learn from all the challenges that come everyday (finance, center management, etc.).
The minimum duration of this mission is 12 months, and will appeal to candidates who are ready to learn and passionate about intercultural cooperation. We recommend being open to a 24 month mission as we believe that this duration will allow you to acquire a more profound catalyst experience and to develop both your professional and personal aspects.
Successful candidates will be open, dynamic and enterprising, and looking for an opportunity to develop their character and skills in a multi-cultural context. They will also enjoy communicating with humor, enthusiasm and will be keen team players, committed to making a real difference in the field. Fluent English is required. Having already acquired previous professional experience would be a plus.

Life Project 4 Youth is an international movement of 17 organizations in 14 countries whose mission is the development of innovative solutions for the professional and social inclusion of young adults (17-24 yo) from extreme poverty and victims of exclusion.
LP4Y supports the decent inclusion of thousands of young people and their families through programs, 17 Training & Development Centers, 4 Little Angels Academies, 4 Green Villages, in South East Asia, South Asia, Middle East, Europe and the US.
Over the past 17 years LP4Y has created solutions, always close to slum areas in large cities such as Manila, Cebu, Iligan, Calauan, Jakarta, Surabaya, New-Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Raipur, Chennai, Kathmandu, Yangon, Dhaka, Beirut, and Cairo. Currently, we are 130 Catalysts in Asia and the Middle East working with vulnerable young adults contributing to the development of their country. Since 2009, +10,800 Youth have been accompanied to the professional world.
