Job Description

  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly manner
  • Receive and process for registration for counselling
  • Professionally handling Education Counseling Wing for abroad
  • Be updated with the information related to various universities and colleges abroad and institutions represented by the company
  • Screening phone call, responding to query and providing appropriate information
  • Developing and maintaining a proper filing system
  • Manage client relationship and expectations
  • Identify and assess the client’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts and file documents
  • Guiding applicants and troubleshoot emergencies, resolving confusion
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls for Top management staffs
  • Monitor the use of supplies and equipment and maintain the adequate inventory
  • Handle administrative requests and enquiries
  • Adhering to all the safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any kind of unsafe situation
  • Well aware about the immigration policies and provide accurate information to students/clients about study abroad visa & admission process
  • Assisting & communicating other departments whenever necessary and maintaining good working relationships
