Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Counselor to join our team and support individuals facing emotional, psychological, or social challenges. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering high-quality counselling services, maintaining professional standards, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide confidential one-to-one counselling sessions to clients.
Conduct assessments and create tailored support plans.
Maintain accurate and timely case notes and documentation.
Refer clients to appropriate internal or external services when necessary.
Uphold ethical and professional standards in line with UK counselling guidelines.
Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing professional development.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Applicants must have completed a bachelor's degree in any field.
Applicants must possess a TITI certificate or Education Agent Training Course (EATC) or any ICEF certification.
Applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience in 'study-in-UK' counseling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with students and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: Rs. 70,000 – 90,000 per month
Attractive incentive structure based on successful conversions Rs. 60,000 – 70,000
Performance-based earnings potential beyond the base salary
