IIFT is the international standard’s fashion & interior designing school which is a well-established and successfully running organization of Nepal. It is Nepal’s 1st ISO 9001:2015, CTEVT affiliated & WSC London certified fashion & interior school. It has been the recipient of best institute at FASHIONFARE Awards 2020. It is being run by a group of young and highly professional entrepreneurs having long year experience in education and the fashion industry. IIFT is successfully running having its two centers one being located at Bagbazar Plaza, Heritage Plaza Kathmandu and the other at Manbhawan, Lalitpur leasing the area of 10000 square feet. We provide the highest standard of education for the fashion and interior industry and provide the platform to enhance skills to become an industry expert by providing classes. We create an environment where trainers engage with their students on one to one level.

Interior design is a multidimensional profession that includes space planning as per shapes of room’s walls, floors and more. It is the combination of art and science which enhances the interior of building an aesthetically pleasing environment for the people by using the space. Interior design is the art of executing commercial spaces or homes’ designs to create a client's desired environment. 

We provide 15 months and 3 months session of Diploma in Fashion and Interior Design covering only 2 hrs classes per day and six days a week.

Job Description

1. Main roles:

  • Take student counseling for admissions.
  • Follow the counseling guideline/Work Instruction for counseling.
  • Ensure Procedure for Student Admission and Attendance published on Management Letter is completely followed.
  • Coordinate with the Academic Department for smooth examination of students according to the Procedure for Examination published on Management Letter.
  • Monitor and Maintain Complaint Register in the Administration Department.
  • Coordinate with the Academic Department for conducting students training according to the Procedure for Training published on Management Letter.
  • Coordinate with the Academic Department for lecturer recruitment according to the Procedure for Lecturer Recruitment published on Management Letter.

2. Specific roles:

  • Monitor all the official documents are filed according to the file structure of the institution.
  • Maintain and Monitor Student Fee Collection Sheet and follow up for any dues remaining on time.
  • Ensure that the receivables and payables are settled on time.
  • To conduct annual staff talks of the subordinates (Annual Appraisal of Subordinates).
  • Take responsibility for their work.
  • Ensure proper bill from the suppliers
  • Check all the office machines and equipment on a monthly basis and ensure the maintenance on time.
