Hexacore Education Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill the role of Counselor / Documentation in our Immigration & Education Consultancy industry. As a mid-level position, we are looking for an individual with a strong background in counseling and documentation, who is passionate about helping individuals navigate the immigration and education processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate counseling on education options, institutions, tuition fees, scholarships, accommodation and visa procedures for multiple countries independently.
Evaluate students’ profiles (academic background, career goals, finances) and recommend suitable universities and courses.
Provide accurate information on institutions, courses, tuition fees, scholarships, visa processes, and accommodation.
Guide students in application documentation, including SOPs, references, and transcripts
Stay updated with latest admission and visa guidelines of target countries
Maintain student records and update CRM or internal systems
Identify potential students
Report the updates to the management
Support in organizing events, webinars, and seminars
Work closely with other team members to achieve student intake targets

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 months of experience in counseling/documentation
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Education Counselor to guide applicants for study in the USA, UK, Australia, Japan, Canada, and Europe.
The ideal candidate will assist with course selection, university applications, visa guidance, and student follow-ups.
