Founded in June 2001, Japanese Language and Education Culture Center (JLECC) is an independent center located in Kumaripati, Lalitpur. One of the leading Japanese language centers in the country, it is also a member of Japanese Language Teachers Association of Nepal (JALTAN) and has also been participating actively in various cultural programs organized by JALTAN and the Japanese Embassy. The center that offers wide variety of high quality Japanese language courses inaugurated its first building in July 2008 followed by its second building in April 2012.
