This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level candidate who is passionate about guiding students through their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert counseling to prospective students interested in studying in Australia, ensuring they make informed decisions about their educational pathways.
Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess students' needs, preferences, and academic backgrounds.
Assist students with the application process, including documentation, visa applications, and university selection.
Stay updated on the latest trends in the Australian education system and immigration policies to provide accurate information.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions in Australia to facilitate student placements.
Conduct workshops and seminars to educate students and parents about studying in Australia.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Applicants must have completed a bachelor's degree in any field.
Applicants must possess a TITI certificate or Education Agent Training Course (EATC) or any ICEF certification.
Applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience in 'study-in-Australia' counseling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with students and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: Rs. 70,000 – 90,000 per month
Attractive incentive structure based on successful conversions Rs. 60,000 – 70,000
Performance-based earnings potential beyond the base salary
