Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Counselor – Australia, based in Kathmandu. The Counselor will guide students through the Australian education and migration process, offering accurate information and personalized support. The role involves conducting client consultations, reviewing and preparing documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise students on study options in Australia, including courses, universities, fees, and career pathways,
  • Guide applicants through documentation, application, and visa procedures,
  • Provide one-on-one or online career counseling and recommend the best overseas study plans,
  • Build trust and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring confidentiality of records,
  • Support marketing activities and follow up to ensure high client satisfaction,

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling or a related field,
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in student consultation and guidance, preferably for Australia.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Australian education system,
  • Proven track record of successful student counselling,
  • Proficient in English with the ability to communicate effectively in Nepali,
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills,
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,
  • Proficiency in relevant software/tools is preferred.
