Job Description

We are a growing education consultancy based in Kathmandu, dedicated to guiding students in their journey to study abroad—particularly in Australia. With a motivated team and a strong foundation, we are now expanding and looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Counselor and Marketing Officer to help grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to promote our services, with a strong focus on Australian education and migration pathways.
Managing and growing our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Generating and following up on student leads through both online and offline channels, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a strong conversion rate.
Organising and participating in promotional events such as education fairs, seminars, webinars, and visits to schools and colleges to showcase our services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with language institutes, test preparation centres, and student communities to develop referral networks.
Providing accurate and ethical counselling to walk-in and online enquiries, including detailed guidance on course selection, entry requirements, application procedures, and fee structures for various universities and colleges.
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of student admissions and timely communication with education providers.
Conducting local outreach and networking to build brand visibility and trust within Kathmandu’s student and parent community.
Supporting business development by identifying partnership opportunities with institutions, agents, and service providers.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Australian education policies, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities to better serve students.
