We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Study Abroad Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the entire study abroad process, from initial consultation to successful admission and visa lodgment. A strong understanding of international education systems and immigration policies—especially for Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada—is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students to understand their academic goals and assess eligibility for international education programs in Australia, the UK, the USA, and Canada.
Offer expert guidance on university selection, course options, admission requirements, and visa application processes.
Assist clients with complete application procedures, including document preparation, submission, interview preparation, and visa lodgment.
Stay ahead of changing international education systems, immigration policies, and visa regulations to provide clients with up-to-date and accurate information.
Collaborate with partner institutions and authorized representatives abroad to streamline admission and enrollment procedures.
Provide personalized, end-to-end support to students and their families throughout the study abroad journey.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client interactions and ensure professionalism in every engagement.
Support internal team efforts and contribute to the success of outreach and promotional campaigns for study abroad programs.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in counseling, preferably in the study abroad or international education sector.
Strong understanding of international academic systems, admissions processes, and visa requirements for Australia, the UK, the USA, and Canada.
Proficient in English and Nepali, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant digital tools and software platforms.
Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service and a desire to support students in achieving their international education goals.
