Role Summary:

As an Australia Counselor, you will guide and support students in choosing the right educational programs and institutions in Australia. Your role includes assessing student profiles, advising on application processes, and ensuring they are well-prepared for their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized counseling to students interested in studying in Australia.
• Understand student profiles, career aspirations, and academic goals to recommend suitable courses and universities.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of applications.
• Assist students with visa requirements and documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Australian universities, colleges, and partner institutions.
• Coordinate with educational institutions regarding student applications and placements.
• Stay informed about changes in the Australian education system, visa rules, and program updates.
• Regularly follow up with students regarding their application status and further requirements.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and institutions through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and webinars to promote Australian education.
• Present information sessions to prospective students and parents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling or a similar role, preferably with a focus on Australia.
• Strong knowledge of Australian education institutions, courses, and visa requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
