About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at Aussie International Education in Kathmandu. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, assisting them in their academic and personal growth, and helping them navigate their educational journey.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and understanding towards students' needs
Ability to provide guidance and counseling effectively
Knowledge of educational programs and career pathways
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
Previous experience in counseling or student advisement is a plus
