Job Description

Provide personalized counseling sessions to individuals interested in foreign employment, addressing their queries, concerns, and aspirations.
Assist candidates in preparing necessary documentation, including application forms, resumes, and other relevant paperwork required for the recruitment process.
Conduct pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare candidates for living and working in a foreign country.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international labor standards governing foreign employment.
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering continuous support, guidance, and encouragement.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders involved in the foreign employment process.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to foreign employment and recruitment.
