Job Description

We require Counselor - Denmark to perform following responsibilities and duties:

Provide counseling services to clients on an individual basis as well as in group settings, addressing a variety of personal and emotional issues.
Conduct client assessments to identify specific needs, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and monitor progress throughout the counseling process.
Offer emotional support, active listening, and guidance to help clients overcome challenges and make informed decisions.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all counseling activities.
Foster open and effective communication with clients, their families, and relevant professionals to ensure the best possible care and outcomes.
Accurately record and maintain detailed client records and progress notes, complying with all regulatory and reporting requirements.
Stay updated on the latest counseling techniques, therapies, and industry trends to provide the highest quality services.
