Job Description

As an Educational Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in assisting students in their academic and career development, helping them navigate challenges and make informed decisions about their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing academic, career, and personal development concerns.
  • Assess students' educational needs, interests, and goals to develop personalized educational plans.
  • Assist students in exploring academic and career pathways, including course selection, college/university admissions, and vocational training options.
  • Guide students in developing effective study skills, time management strategies, and organizational techniques.
  • Help students identify and overcome academic challenges, providing academic support and resources as needed.
  • Stay updated on educational trends, college/university admission requirements, and vocational opportunities to provide accurate and relevant information to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support students' educational success.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations on topics related to educational planning, study skills, and career exploration.
