We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual for the position of Student Counsellor. As a Student Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and assisting students in their pursuit of higher education abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional guidance and counseling to students on course and university selection, based on their academic background, interests, and career goals
Assisting students with the application process, including organizing and compiling necessary documents, completing application forms, and managing timelines
Support students with the visa application process, including tracking visa status and addressing any queries or concerns
Maintain a strong understanding of admission and visa requirements for different countries and universities
Communicate effectively with students and their families throughout the admission journey, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Build and maintain relationships with universities and education partners to stay updated with the latest information and opportunities for our students
Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on student progress and market trends
