The Counsellor - Europe Specialist will provide expert guidance and counseling to students interested in studying abroad in European countries, including Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, and Denmark. And the Counsellor - Australia, UK, Canada, USA Specialist will provide expert guidance and counseling to students interested in studying abroad in these countries. The ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of the educational systems, admission processes, and visa requirements for respective countries. This role involves guiding students from initial consultation through to successful admission and visa processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling:

Provide one-on-one counseling to students interested in studying in European countries (Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, and Denmark) and Australia, UK, Canada, and USA respectively.
Assess students' academic backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs.

Documentation and Guidance:

Assist students in preparing and reviewing their application documents, including academic transcripts, resumes, and personal statements.
Provide guidance on financial documentation and requirements for visa applications.

Up-to-date Knowledge:

Stay updated with the latest trends, news, and changes in educational and visa policies in the relevant countries.
Regularly update internal resources and materials to reflect current information.

University and Course Selection:

Help students identify and select suitable universities and courses based on their profiles and preferences.
Provide detailed information on admission requirements, application deadlines, and course content.

End-to-End Support:

Offer comprehensive support from the initial consultation to final admission and visa processing.
Ensure a smooth transition for students, providing assistance at every step of the process.

Conversion and Follow-up:

Follow up with students to ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to admissions.
Maintain records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in educational consultancy, specializing in above mentioned countries.
In-depth knowledge of the education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements for these countries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
