Job Description

Handling correspondence, emails
Maintaining records and allocating documentation to other team members
Provide the information as required
Effectively manage the coordination of official correspondence within the division that meets rigorous requirements of accuracy, presentation and timelines
Managing, planning and prioritizing high volumes of work with conflicting and critical deadlines.
The Correspondence Officer will be responsible for the timely and effective handling of client inquiries, concerns, and complaints via email, phone, and other communication channels.
Providing administrative support related to correspondence and communication tasks.
