Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage email correspondence with clients
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, appointment meetings, phone calls etc.)
Manage calendars for meetings, travel and personal commitments
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
Manage final data of projects
