Other Specification

  • A bachelor's degree in operations management, project management, strategic management, business management, or similar.
  • A master's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Three Year experience in an operations management & Monitoring position, or similar.
  • Willing to travel outside Kathmandu valley & ready for temporary relocate as per need basis.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability. Advanced knowledge of best business practices.
  • Experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses.
  • Previous Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries is added  advantage

Note: Candidate must have a valid two wheeler license


Job Description

The Corporate Operations & Monitoring Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the company, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying areas for improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit subsidiary offices, branches, and outlets as needed, and report findings to management.
  • Recommend solutions for program or operational issues in subsidiaries.
  • Analyze the operational and programmatic needs of subsidiaries.
  • Improve business functionality to align with core business objectives.
  • Track operational costs to maintain profit margins.
  • Promote efficiency by implementing enhanced operational procedures.
  • Analyze and maintain operational data, and monitor product inventories.
  • Ensure positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
