Deerwalk Compware Private Limited (DWC) was established in 2011, Deerwalk Training Center (DTC), one of DWC units, has been delivering training services aimed at Nepalese undergraduates, graduates, and professionals working in various industries. Deerwalk Training Center, which offers training in a variety of programming languages and computer-based courses, is consistently looking for new approaches to inspire people who want to improve and enhance the world for the better. To address the market and skill gap, we introduce innovative methods and practices in the training process.

Job Description:

Deerwalk Compware Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Corporate Marketing and Communication Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and communications within the IT sector while contributing to various aspects of our operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our IT training programs.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.
Support the coordination of IT courses, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
Conduct research and data analytics to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and seamless delivery of services.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Field marketing for hardware products
Assist in organizing events, workshops, and seminars to showcase our training offerings and engage with the IT community.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school diploma (Class 12) required; Bachelor's degree in progress or completed preferred,
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali,
Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms,
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
Interest in IT, marketing, and communications with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
