Nepreva Global is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Corporate and Banking Administrator to support the smooth management of corporate records, banking activities, payments, compliance, and statutory administration for a British company.

Work Area: UK Corporate Administration | Banking & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

1. Company Records & Compliance

Maintain accurate shareholder, director, charge, and contract registers.
Safekeep incorporation documents, agreements, trust deeds, and certificates.
Maintain and organize corporate records and board resolutions.
Support annual returns, confirmation statements, and statutory filings.
Maintain tax registration certificates and related records.

2. Banking Administration

Open and close bank accounts as required.
Maintain bank mandates and authorized signatories.
Manage online banking users and access.
Prepare due-diligence documents and transaction approvals.
Resolve banking issues and support negotiations.
Maintain records of all group bank accounts.

3. Payment Processing

Process payments to suppliers, staff, and authorities.
Verify payment requests and supporting documents.
Manage bank transfers and other payment methods.
Maintain payment records and prepare periodic reports.
Reconcile bank payments with the finance team.

4. Loan & Funding Administration

Maintain accurate loan/TrF records.
Maintain loan agreements and amendments.
Record bank fees and interest accurately.
Support compliance reporting for lenders.

5. KYC & Documentation

Maintain up-to-date proof of address and passport/KYC documents for directors, owners, and signatories.
Monitor document expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals.

6. HMRC & Statutory Filings

Coordinate UK confirmation statements and statutory filings.
Ensure annual reports are filed on time.
Maintain an accurate compliance and filing calendar.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working with corporate records, banking processes, compliance documentation, and multiple stakeholders.

MBS or MBA in Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in corporate administration, banking administration, finance, compliance, accounting, or a related field.
Experience in corporate records management, banking operations, payment processing, KYC documentation, and statutory compliance will be preferred.
Good understanding of documentation, compliance procedures, and financial administration.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
