Candidate should have completed Master degree with at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the management and the
University staff, students and faculty as well as external constituents.
Experience with leading and managing a team with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
Ability to drive the students and staff in the pursuit of attaining academic goals.
Ability to prioritise workload, work on deadlines and under pressure.

The ideal candidate should work closely in coordination with the management team to manage all the academic activities of the college like routine management, exam management, keeping track of students performance, attendance and other activities within the college.
Coordinator should plan classes as per the academic calendar and should be up to date about the exam schedules and other important notices published by the university.
Above all the coordinator should maintain discipline in the college and a good relationship with both the management and the students.
