Coordinator - Behavior Change Communication (BCC) and Community Awareness Activities will be assisted by the Tata Trusts team based in India, towards effective roll out of BCC/IEC plans in selected villages of Sindhupalchowk district, Nepal. This job will entail working both, independently and as part of a team, with potential and current grantees, and will include the following: 

• To work closely with Program in-charge, develop a work plan for all BCC/IEC activities towards the programme and implement in the selected schools
• Develop Annual work plans (AWP) for the awareness program. This AWP will be the key working document for the program. Individual progress would be monitored and assessed against targets as set in the annual work plan
• Provide assistance to schools/committees/students groups towards effective roll out of plan
• To assist program in-charge in coordination with the grass root level, school level, block level and District level government officials of line departments, as required by the programme
• To Coordinate and build up linkages and networks with the appropriate government agencies/ Training centers/ Service delivery Offices and other organizations, as required
• Development of publications, Documents, communication materials related to the program 
• Identify institutions, experts, cultural troops, trainers, service providers as required and involve them for capacity & knowledge enhancement of program partners, program staff, beneficiaries and various committees
