• Implementing school policies and procedures as appropriate
• Identifying best practice within the school and develop opportunities to disseminate such practice
• Facilitating meetings, workshops, seminars, etc. with staff, parents for the purpose of identifying issues, developing recommendations and supporting other staff
• Identifying areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these improvements
• Supporting  and participating in Montessori professional development program
