  • Should have good understanding of Montessori based education system
  • Ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically
  • Effective interpersonal skills including leadership skills and ability to motive those line managed by you and provide constructive feedback to them
  • Fluency in written and spoken English as well as excellent report writing skills

Job Description

  • Implementing school policies and procedures as appropriate
  • Identifying best practice within the school and develop opportunities to disseminate such practice
  • Facilitating meetings, workshops, seminars, etc. with staff, parents for the purpose of identifying issues, developing recommendations and supporting other staff
  • Identifying areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these improvements
  • Supporting  and participating in Montessori professional development program
