Job Description

Responsible for contract management, should be highly familiar with billing / bidding / report preparation, project execution and monitoring, planning and procurement and also familiar with relevant standards.
Candidate shall also be proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project / Primavera etc.
Develop and implement acquisition strategies for future contracts
Ensure that contract strategies, tenders, contracts and variations are in full Procedures
Ensure compliance with Contracts Procedures and support Project Execution Procedures
Review contractors' invoices and prepare Progress Payment Certificates with Cost Control, costs, forecasts and requests for extras
