This position will be based in our Kathmandu office and will work closely with our Nepal teams.

• Are an adaptable self-starter: In this position, you present the brand image of Lumle to our wide spectrum of audience through your charismatic and informative contents.
• You will have your hands in a lot of areas viz including case studies, proposition briefs, brochures, presentations, data sheets, web/online content, promotional email, newspaper, articles and blog posts.
• Enjoy high-level strategy, hands-on writing and editing while understanding readers preferences and best SEO practices.
• Function with creativity, enthusiasm, scrupulous attention to detail, and have exceptional writing abilities. 

What you'll be doing?

• Together with our Kathmandu team, you present our brand through articles, stories, and e-brochures and craft website content that engages our audiences.
• Writing commercial contents for brochures, flyer and various platforms such as website, social media and blog posts.
• Able to conduct research independently on relevant projects.
• Able to regularly write blog posts, issue press releases and update social media channels. 
• Set writing standards and content quality control measures to ensure consistent content writing and brand standard. Work closely with team to assist to create innovative ways of sharing and producing engaging content.
• Work closely with Sales Director and team to produce best content and differentiate Lumle amongst competitors.
• Present interview, presentations and discussion to article, press release, web- content and blog posts those are engaging and useful to our audiences.
• Enterprise all steps of writing projects until the final publication.

What we are looking for?

• 3+ years’ experience in a content strategy role (experience within tourism, hospitality & leisure industry is preferable)
• You have Master in English or journalism (preferable – Arts Major English)
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and strong business acumen
• Great planner, self-starter, result oriented, good time-keeper  and ability to work under tight deadlines 
• Previous SEO experience (preferable but not compulsory)

Other Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing and you have experience in content writing and strategy
• Able to develop and formulate content in the context of the reader’s journey and must possess in-depth understanding of word.
• You have a proven track record in content writing and enjoy writing, proofreading and editing content.
