• Facilitate weekly meetings with stakeholders to gather and analyze social media requirements.
• Develop and plan effective content strategies to align with organizational goals.
• Oversee content creation and schedule posts according to the weekly content calendar.
• Ensure social media posts achieve or exceed the targeted reach metrics.
• Design and publish engaging social media posts in line with approved plans.
• Author and publish blogs on relevant topics, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably within a marketing agency.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO, and Facebook Insights.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and research skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling and results-driven content.
