Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders to gather and refine social media requirements.
• Develop and plan content strategies that align with company goals and brand voice.
• Create, edit, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms according to the weekly content calendar.
• Monitor and maintain post reach, engagement metrics, and other KPIs as per the given targets.
• Design and create visually appealing social media posts and graphics as per the content plan.
• Write, edit, and publish blogs and articles in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is current and relevant.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Experience working in a marketing agency is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO, and Facebook Insights.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
