Job Location: Kathmandu

Job Description:

Develop content strategy aligned with the company’s objectives
Work closely with sales, marketing & tech team to optimize site layout
Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
Research global content standards and recommend best practices to the management
Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
Edit, proofread and improve content writers’ posts
Optimize content according to SEO

Qualification / Skill Set Requirement:

Graduate in IT, BBA, MBA, Journalism or similar educational experience
Excellent written skills in English
Hands-on experience in MS-Word, Excel, and similar office tools
Basic knowledge of SEO and web metrics
Perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented
Prior work in content (preferred)

Job Hours: Sunday to Friday – 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (any work hours beyond that will be paid in pizza & beer)
