Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Perform an overall quality check for all product related content prior to its activation
Activation/general format of brands
Ensure content uploads are done in a timely manner and as per the content guidelines
Oversee the tasks performed by the Photographers and editors and ensure that established image content guidelines are met
Highlight and escalate issues in the established procedures to the product team and ensure requisite changes are applied
Liaise with the Vendor Managers/vendor support/customer support teams to resolve issues and ensure inter-departmental coordination
Resolve sync issues and propose alternatives for problem resolution
Ensure restricted and unauthorized products are disabled
Create/update categories
Post quality check of live products
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, computer science with strong design background and/or experience preferred
Minimum 1-year work experience in a reputed company
Acute attention to detail.
Excellent organizational ability
Quick learner
Familiar with Excel and other web applications
Know how of e-commerce business is a plus
