• Course and content developer in coordination with the concerned resource person and create training delivery plans
• Applies recognized instructional design methodologies for adult learning
• Provide solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
• Develops training material in support of multiple learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic)
• Exhibits sensitivity to cultural diversity in all content, simulations and activities
• Creates high-impact, real-world case studies, simulations and exercises
• Works with subject matter experts to obtain content and to develop relevant case studies and exercises
• Facilitates meetings to gather information required for development
• Develops training evaluation tools to measure results based on client needs and learning objectives

Skills/Experience:

• Possesses a minimum 3 years of experience designing and developing training courses and content
• Quickly learn the business structure
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to change
• Work in a cross-functional, team environment
• Work under general supervision
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
