About the Role

Seed Financial Academy seeks a Content Creator/Social Media Handler to grow our online presence, create engaging content, and manage campaigns across platforms. You'll drive strategy, analyze performance, and collaborate with the team to connect with our audience and support our mission in finance education.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, stories, and paid ads in alignment with the academy’s branding and marketing objectives.
Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.
Collaborate with design and video production teams to produce high-quality, visually appealing content, including graphics and videos.
Write clear and compelling captions, articles, and promotional materials that reflect the academy’s voice and messaging.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative campaigns that align with marketing goals.
Support paid advertising efforts with engaging ad copy, visuals, and strategic targeting.
Identify opportunities for partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and other organizations to enhance visibility.
Provide actionable insights from social media analytics to inform future campaigns and content strategies.

Pay range and compensation package: NPR 24,000-NPR 30,000 per Month

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Required Skills :

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing (preferred).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
Experience with paid advertising on social platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with the finance or education industry is an advantage.
