Role Description

• Create high-quality and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, tutorials, blog posts, and social media posts, to showcase our makeup studio services and academy courses.
• Collaborate with makeup artists, instructors, and students to capture behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, and educational content.
• Develop content calendars and strategize campaigns to maintain a consistent online presence and drive engagement across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Stay updated on industry trends, makeup techniques, and digital marketing best practices to continually innovate and improve content strategies.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community to build brand loyalty and foster meaningful connections.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events, workshops, and promotional activities both online and offline.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content creation efforts with overall brand objectives and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of makeup application techniques, products, and trends.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Creativity and attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and optimize content strategy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
