About the job

Role Description

Create high-quality and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, tutorials, blog posts, and social media posts, to showcase our makeup studio services and academy courses.

Collaborate with makeup artists, instructors, and students to capture behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, and educational content.

Develop content calendars and strategize campaigns to maintain a consistent online presence and drive engagement across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Stay updated on industry trends, makeup techniques, and digital marketing best practices to continually innovate and improve content strategies.

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community to build brand loyalty and foster meaningful connections.

Assist in the planning and execution of special events, workshops, and promotional activities both online and offline.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content creation efforts with overall brand objectives and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.

Strong knowledge of makeup application techniques, products, and trends.

Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Creativity and attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.

Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and optimize content strategy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

A passion for makeup artistry, education, and empowering others to express themselves through beauty.
