Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our creative and marketing team and manage visual content across three brands — Deepal, Kiwi Diapers, and Evora.

The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both graphic design and video production/editing. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts, designing digital content, shooting photography/video, editing videos, and producing high-quality content for social media, digital advertising, campaigns, websites, and other marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual content for Deepal, Kiwi Diapers, and Evora.
Create engaging social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Design creative assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites, landing pages, and digital platforms.
Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, brand videos, and campaign videos.
Handle video production from concept and shooting to editing and final delivery.
Conduct photography and videography for products, automobiles, showroom activities, campaigns, and social media content.
Edit videos with professional cuts, music, sound effects, transitions, captions, color correction, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Create automotive content for Deepal, including car photography, walkaround videos, feature videos, test-drive content, showroom content, and launch campaigns.
Create product photography, product videos, promotional content, and advertising creatives for Kiwi Diapers and Evora.
Develop creative campaigns based on marketing objectives and promotional requirements.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing team to develop effective advertising creatives.
Maintain separate and consistent visual identities for all three brands.
Stay updated with current social media trends, Reels/Shorts formats, design trends, editing techniques, and viral content styles.
Manage multiple creative projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Organize and maintain creative assets, footage, project files, templates, and brand resources.
Take ownership of creative projects from initial concept to final execution.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film, Mass Communication, or a related field will be preferred.
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, creative production, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Creative Designer, Art Director, or similar position.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing capabilities.
Strong photography and videography skills.
Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Experience working across multiple brands will be an advantage.
Experience in automotive, FMCG, product, lifestyle, e-commerce, or related industries will be preferred.

Technical Skills

Professional video editing and color correction
Motion graphics and animation
Photography and videography
Typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
Social media content creation

Additional Requirements

Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.
Excellent understanding of social media content and digital advertising.
Ability to independently develop creative concepts and execute them.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
Creative, proactive, and commercially minded.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to participate in photography/video shoots when required.
Must have a personal laptop capable of handling professional graphic design and video editing work.
Strong portfolio is mandatory.

Salary

NPR 60,000–80,000 per month
Final compensation will depend on experience, technical expertise, portfolio quality, and overall creative capabilities.

Note: Candidates with strong experience in both graphic design and video production/editing will be given preference.
