Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms like instagram and tiktok
Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles through designing softwares like Canva
Measure and report web traffic to content (e.g. insights)
Update our websites as needed
Service customer inquiries, social media messages and sales inquiries
