Social Media Handler / Content Creator

We are looking for a Social Media Handler / Content Creator to lead our content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Facebook, and other fast-moving platforms. This isn’t a typical corporate gig, it’s a creative playground where you’ll own our brand’s voice, build our community, and create scroll-stopping content every day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trend Mastery & Platform Management

• Platform Ownership: Oversee and manage daily operations across all social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Stories), Facebook, and other emerging channels.
• Content Calendar: Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content calendars tailored to each platform’s best practices and audience behavior.
• Trend Spotting: Proactively identify and rapidly capitalize on viral trends, audio, challenges, and cultural moments relevant to the brand.

2. Creative Content Production

• Video Creation: Independently conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality, short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) from start to finish.
• Editing Expertise: Utilize professional mobile editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, and Canva to produce polished and dynamic visuals.
• Copywriting: Craft compelling, attention-grabbing captions and headlines with a strong command of tone, voice, and effective use of emojis.
• Idea Generation: Brainstorm and propose innovative social media campaigns and content series to increase brand visibility and virality.

3. Community Engagement & Growth

• Audience Interaction: Act as the voice of the brand, engaging with the community by actively responding to DMs, comments, and follower chats in a friendly and authentic manner.
• Brand Voice Consistency: Ensure the brand's tone is consistently cool, engaging, and unique across all digital touchpoints.
• Growth Initiatives: Coordinate and execute promotional activities, including giveaways, challenges, and user-generated content campaigns, to drive organic follower growth.
