Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and creative Content Creator who is comfortable facing the camera and producing daily video content for social media platforms. This role focuses on engaging storytelling, brand visibility, and lead generation through high-quality video and digital content. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an energetic on-camera presence, and a solid understanding of social media growth and advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Camera Video Content Creation

Create daily video content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Confidently face the camera and deliver informative, engaging, and high-energy videos.
Script, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos.
Stay updated with trending formats, reels, challenges, and storytelling styles.

2. Social Media Content Strategy

Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Produce high-quality posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

3. Lead Generation & Growth

Develop and execute strategies to increase potential leads from social media platforms.
Use data-driven insights to improve lead quality and conversion.
Coordinate with the sales/admission team to follow up on leads.

4. Social Media Ads & Campaign Management

Create, monitor, and optimize ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
Perform A/B testing, targeting, and budget management.
Optimize campaigns to reduce cost-per-lead and improve overall ROI.

5. Community Management

Engage with followers through comments, messages, and live sessions.
Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain a positive brand presence.
Build an active and loyal social media audience.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Skills & Qualifications

MUST be comfortable facing the camera and creating daily videos.
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and similar platforms.
Good understanding of current social media trends and algorithms.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in digital marketing, media, content creation, or related field.
Experience in education, tech, or service-based industries is a plus.
Graphic design skills are an added advantage.

Number and quality of daily videos produced.
Growth in followers, reach, and engagement rate.
Lead generation volume and conversion rate.
Ad campaign performance (CPL, impressions, conversions).
