Overview

A Consumer Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the organization by acquiring and retaining customers. They are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. They also play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for consumer electronic products.
  •  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  •  Manage pricing and promotional strategies
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and follow up on leads
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years + experience in consumer sales, preferably in the small home appliances sector
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Flexibility to travel and attend meetings, events, and client visits as required
  • Certification in sales or related field is a plus
